Luke 11: Beware legalists!

Jesus mixed with all kinds of people, usually the people that the ‘religious’ didn’t mix with but he also mixed with the religious types too. He challenged the behaviour of both but he was often a little harder on the so called religious. God looks at the heart not at the outward appearance and that’s how he asks us to live with those around us. How do you challenge this culture that judges people without knowing them? Walking with this broken generation, we have life and freedom to offer that transforms, we need to be open to those who don’t fit with our thinking – we can then truly show them the grace that we have so freely received from God.
