Prophetic Words over Jubilee Church Wirral
We will be a people of the Spirit, the wind blows wherever it wants. We will uncover wrong thinking and put in the mind of Christ instead.
God wants to take us into a new season of simply knowing how to receive from him. Not ever learning but never experiencing. Not ever having events but not really participating. Not just coming to receive, and feeling you’ve nothing to give. God is saying he wants to change our perspective, he wants to set us free. He wants us to flow into something new, a new season of receiving from me, of being strengthened by me and learning to lean on me. Of learning to know what it is to walk by the Spirit, walking by faith and not by sight.
For surely I will do these things, I want to restructure the way you meet, I want to restructure the way you interact with each other, I want to restructure even the way you see yourselves. I want to blow through your midst with new life and bring the walls down.
‘Get Ready’ – God is taking you into a growth spurt. You have been feeling growing pains for a while- not nice, not comfortable. When a child goes through a growth spurt it can be dramatic – those who have not seen the child in a while will notice the change in your appearance. Your old
clothes may not fit anymore and you may need to invest in new outfits – change.
With increased growth comes greater maturity but also increased strength and reach (i.e. Children can literally reach further/higher – lift more and run faster) after a growth spurt. When you hear ‘get ready’ you may feel ‘we are not ready’ or ‘people are not ready’. Martin Luther King jr would respond to the idea that ‘people are not ready’ with this …”It is like telling a person who is trying to swim ‘don’t jump in the water until you learn how to swim!’
When actually you will never learn to swim until you get in the water.
I used to have a classical view of home group meeting on a certain day during the week and sharing as led by the Holy Spirit. Yesterday evening, I had a mental picture of a tank full with water and then I saw the tank busted and the water started flowing everywhere. As I sought to understand the meaning of the picture, the Holy Spirit said ” I am changing the structure of the church”. The tank in the picture represent the church with 4 walls and the water on the tank is the Holy Spirit. The tank was busted and the water flowed everywhere because God is bringing the church everywhere beyond the traditional church concept.
Other people then turning up with whatever receptacle they can find to get some of the water to drink, then big water tanks being brought in on lorries to be taken and distributed elsewhere. People walked for miles just to get there as if they were in a drought….

God wants this house to be a flagship, God wants this house to manifest his glory. God wants to break this house from where it is into where he wants it to be so that you will become a history-making house but you will never do it unless there is a pressing in, a pursuing, a breaking out from where you are to where he wants it to be..
That we are going to be an increasingly multicultural church that welcomes people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and that we will be known for this.
We will be a multicultural community that come from many nations. Picture of a multicoloured chess board. God will bring international connections for Jubilee, of us sending out and receiving through these. Different cultures and backgrounds will come and we will be a community that bring the varying backgrounds together. Picture of us being ports where boats come for repair and get sent out again.
I saw the Tabernacle standing in the main hall of The Jubilee Centre. As I looked I saw that the Veil that separated the Holy of Holies had been removed and free access was given to the presence of God. God said that he wants to build a dwelling place among us. Not that he will live in the building, but among us.
The reason that God showed me the Tabernacle and not a temple is that the tabernacle is transportable, so that where we go, the presence of God will go. The presence of God can then come with us into our homes, work places, the streets, and wherever we go.
God challenges us, and asks what will be your contribution? This may be fanning into flame gifts, it may be serving, it may be in building up relationships, it may be in maintaining unity among us, it may be by serving, it may be by taking up a ministry, it may be by letting God take total control, and by laying down other things. God will challenge you as to what you can contribute.
This giving may be difficult, and we have to ask ourselves how much do we want God’s presence to dwell among us? When the Tabernacle was completed it was filled by the Glory of God by day, and the Fire of God by night, and God wants to build us into a dwelling that will hold the same level of his presence.
God reminded me that the Ark contained 3 items, the tablets of stone with the commandments on them (the word), the Rod of Aaron (authority), and a jar containing manna (God’s provision). God said that when built into his dwelling that he will be our provider, as in the manna in the desert, that he will give us his word to speak, as he did to Moses, and that he will give us the authority to speak his word so that when we speak it will be done.
I saw a vehicle with very large wheels, the wheels had enormous tyres with very good grip, and God said that he has put these on the move to Wallasey, so that whatever we have to go through these tyres will grip.
There were 4 wheels on the vehicle, and I believe that these are to represent the following:
1. The first wheel being us – Jubilee Church Wirral
2. The second, the group of Christians that used to meet at the building we are buying.
3. The third, other churches in the area that we are to work with (not just 1 church).
4. The fourth is I believe other Churches that we will plant out from us.
I believe that it is important for all 4 wheels to be on the vehicle, and also for us as a body to all be playing our part. There will be problems or opposition along the way, but if we all play our part God will keep the vehicle on the road.
