Moel Famau walk

Have you ever walked up Moel Famau?

If not, you’re in for a treat. Moel Famau is part of the Clwydian Range and is one of the highest peaks in Wales. It’s right on the Denbighshire/Flintshire county border.

The tower at the top is called the Jubilee Tower and we plan to meet at the car park at the bottom at 10am and take a leisurely stroll up to the top and have lunch together.

The walk takes around an hour and is a good hike. Walking shoes/boots are recommended. Please bring a packed lunch and any other supplies you need.

There’s a charge for the car park (£2 a day approximately) and we would recommend taking cash and cards.

Here’s a Google Map link to the car park.

We’ll see you there!
