What is The Alpha Course?

The Alpha Course is a series of interactive sessions that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith.

It’s for anybody who has any questions at all about Jesus, God or what it means to be a Christian.

It provides an opportunity where you can ask absolutely anything at all, from “How can God exist when there is so much suffering in the world?” to “how do I become a Christian?” and anything in between.

Since its launch 30 years ago in 1993, more than 28 million people have attended the course across the world – nearly five million of those in the UK, many of those becoming Christians as a result.
