How far will God go to save lives? According to these parables Jesus tell us that the shepherd searches until He finds that which is lost. As we look at these stories of searching, we see how God works in a variety of ways to bring home His lost; and He is wonderfully working through us to reach people in amazing ways everyday.
Jesus mixed with all kinds of people, usually the people that the ‘religious’ didn’t mix with but he also mixed with the religious types too. He challenged the behaviour of both but he was often a little harder on the so called religious.
